The Criminal Justice Law Review is a leading law journal publishing cutting-edge scholarship on current topics in criminal law, policy, and practice.
This year, for Volume 9 our theme is Carceral Feminism, critique of increased reliance on policing, prosecution, and imprisonment to resolve gendered or sexual violence. Therefore, we highly encourage the submission of articles focused on Carceral Feminism and related topics.
Moreover, we accept and encourage submissions from student authors.
